Earlier this year we moved to the Phoenix area from another state and purchased a home in on the Club West Golf Course in the Ahwahtukee area. Based on the recommendation of several people we contracted Mark Dickinson to paint the interior of our 4200 sq. ft. home. The scope of the job included the entire interior of the home and involved several color changes as recommended by our decorator. Scaffolding was utilized due to the 21-foot ceilings in the home. Several coats of paint were required as we moved from a dark paint scheme to a lighter one. We were installing new hardwood floors so quick completion was critical to keep the remodeling on schedule.

We have moved over 18 times in the past 38 years of our marriage due to job changes and personal moves so we have extensive remodeling experience with contractors in several states. Three of the last five were wall to wall remodels and additions. We have used professional decorating companies, their workmen, and craftsmen, for the last five. These include home in the Chicago area, Houston, and Copper Mountain, Colorado.

Mark was engaged for our project in October of 2006. In addition to himself, Mark utilized three members of his team (Chris, Karl and Michelle) to paint our house. They all conducted themselves in a very professional manner and did a quality job. The work was completed in eight consecutive working days and actually was accomplished one day earlier than Mark had estimated. Furniture and flooring were covered and protected during the process. We trusted the team such that we were out of town the last four days of the painting. When we returned, the job was completed and the home was neat and clean. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the work and invite anyone to come to see the finished product.
