Q: How do your prices compare to other contractors and what type of materials do you use?
A:
Comparing “like” services you will find that Dickinson Enterprises prices are very competitive. We use only 100% Acrylic paints from the #1 choice of painting professionals; 100% Ethylene Glycol free, and contains no other toxic air contaminants. This makes it very user and environmentally friendly.
Q: How do I know that I am getting the best service?
A:
We go beyond what many paint companies will normally provide. We focus on quality preparation in order to make your coating last. Our "Seven-point Service Guarantee" process is the best around:
1. We provide our clients with professional color selection and customization assistance. This is extremely important when it comes to CC&R regulations, and appreciated by those living in a home owners association.
2. Prior to each job, all applicable exterior surfaces are pressure
washed for better paint adherence. I personally find it amazing how many companies do not pressure wash before painting. Painting over dirt does not help coating adhesion!
3. Although our 3000-PSI sprayers seal most cracks, any fissures over 1/8th of an inch are caulked before paint is applied. If there is patch work to be performed, whether it is a rotten wooden eave or stucco patching … We can do it!
4. Prior to painting, all lights, doors and windows are taped.
5. Customized items such as pillars, cut-outs and trim are included in our quotes.
6. Clean-up includes remounting of removable items, tape removal and overspray removal.
7. A follow-up “Service Evaluation and Review” is performed at the end of each project and we do not accept final payment until our clients are 100% satisfied.
Q: Your service plan looks great but what if something happens?
A:
Dickinson Enterprises is licensed, bonded and insured. We carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. When you combine this with a one (1) year guarantee and compare our services to other contractors we know that you will find us to be the best value around.
Q: Can you give a quote over the phone?
A:
Our competitive market price for exteriors ranges from $1.25 to $1.50 per square foot, therefore an average 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can cost approximately $2000 to paint. However, we are known to be extremely competitive and I, (Mark Dickinson, President of Dickinson Enterprises, LLC)

Q: My Home is larger than a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with guest quarters and an enclosed spa and pool. What would the quote be?
A:
I, Mark Dickinson, would personally need to do an on-site walk-through with you. However, once again, the average market price is between $1.25 to $1.50 per square foot.
Q: Do you paint interiors?
A:
Yes! We do interior, one color walls or we can even offer the seven different styles of faux i.e. marbling, rag & roll, sponging etc.
Q: Do you mow lawns, handyman work, etc.?
A:
In regards to landscaping, and other residential trades we have a list of companies that we network with and feel comfortable referring you to them for such tasks.
Q: How do we know that you are reliable?
A:
Upon our first meeting I will provide you with a list of references of people that were extremely pleased with our services and whom personally said, "Mark, if you need a reference do have them call me!"
